The opening evening on Friday 24^th July will provide the opportunity to relax and enjoy some high-flying entertainment with Music in Flight.  The programme will bring aerial displays by iconic World War II aircraft accompanied by modern planes and gliders, synchronised with music performed by a choir and professional London symphony orchestra, supported by military musicians and trumpeters, playing classical and popular music.  Further excitement will be provided by the Red Devils parachute display team, hot-air balloons and a spectacular firework display bringing the evening to a moving climax.

On Saturday 25^th July Tidworth Festival becomes a rock concert headlined by the legendary rock group Status Quo.  An evening of big performances, big stage, lights, sound, screen and firework display, guaranteed to be a spectacular experience for young and ageing rockers alike.

The final day, Sunday 26^th July, sees the return of an enhanced and action packed Family Fun Day full of variety.  Featuring stage acts with performances from new and up and coming bands with The Troggs headlining, falconry displays, parachuting by ‘The Black Knights', motor cycle display team ‘The Flying Gunners', a dog show, trade stands, children's area and much more.   There will be something for everyone.

The Festival is part of a wider initiative to promote the Tidworth area in the heart of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.   The Festival is run by a registered Charity that uses its funds to support local community groups, projects and schools.
