Residents in the Kennet district will shortly be receiving their new recycling and refuse collection calendar in the post. The calendars give details of your collections of your black bin and box and also green wheeled bin if you currently subscribe to this service. It also explains what materials can be placed into each receptacle. 

Don't forget that the Council will collect refuse and recycling as normal over all Bank Holiday weekends except the Christmas and New Year period where alternative arrangements are scheduled. These changes are detailed in your calendar.

"In Kennet, the Council is working hard to provide residents with excellent kerbside recycling services to help prevent these valuable materials being sent to landfill. This calendar is a handy reminder to all residents about their collection days and also provides a quick point of reference to make it as easy as possible when it comes to recycling."
