Tidworth Leisure Centre are offering their senior members (age 60+) free, unlimited use of the fitness suite at Tidworth Leisure Centre until April 23rd to take part in a special exercise challenge to help raise funds for Age Concern.
The campaign, which is a joint initiative between Tidworth Leisure Centre and Age Concern will see participants run, row, or cycle the marathon distance of 26 miles 385 yards before April 23rd, the day of the London Marathon.
All participants will need to be current Kennet Leisure Card holders. Anyone who is not a member and wishes to take part, can apply for a free membership card, but will be required to complete and pay for a full induction in order to use the fitness suite.
Anyone interested in taking part in the Age Concern Marathon Campaign, simply needs to visit Tidworth Leisure Centre, where they will be issued with a registration card for recording details of their visits and distances achieved. They can also pick up the Age Concern Sponsor forms.
